There are 2 things that influence bad health. Stress and not taking care of yourself.These 2 will effect how the spine moves and finally how the nervous system works. Creating imbalances in the body that can cause symptoms from your head to your toes.

When you don't take care of yourself, the body gets older faster. The vertebraes, discs, muscles and nerves will not function normally because of the imbalances, which can cause many different types of symptoms.

If we take medications, we will not feel the symptoms anymore. But the cause of the problem will still be there.

At the office, we go straight to the cause of the problem, to stop this process. And help the body regenerate itself.

At the office we work in the 3 phases:

Relief, Correction & Stabilisation, Maintenance.

Right now you are in the Relief phase, that's why we are doing visits closer together.

To get rid of the symptoms as fast as possible.

That way you will feel better and we space out the visits and look for the best balance in the correction & stabilisation phase.

These good habits will put less stress on your body, so that it can heal faster.
