Join us in commemorating 12 impactful years of Rock Your Cortex and 7 remarkable years of personal triumph, as I have journeyed without relying on heart medications.
Rock Your Cortex is the combination of my passions into a sustainable business. Serving as a testament to my unwavering commitment to helping musicians perform at higher levels.
It has also been the stepping stone for me to explore ways to get off my heart meds. Seven years ago, after dedicating 14 years to the task, I was finally able to stop them and be drug free ever since. A cardiologist friend calls it a Miracle, I call it Nature's Transformative Energy.
From the Jelenia Gora basin we will have a beautiful view of the mountains. During the heydays of Prussia it was considered one of the most beautiful valleys of the kingdom.
The program
Keeping it simple and spontaneous you will have the opportunity to experience a rejuvenating sauna and invigorating ice bath, and cultivate a shared commitment to growth and vitality.
Feel free to bring your children along as we gather at the forest preschool, where my daughter spends her days exploring nature’s wonders.

Clothes: Bring a swimsuit if you'd like to experience the invigorating ice bath. Additionally, consider bringing rainproof clothing to stay comfortable in the event of inclement weather.
Food and drinks provided. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages for the fire.
